He stood at an average enough height. For an elf, at least, which still put him barely at the shoulder-height of most human males. His skin was the colour of wet ash, dark and foreign and unhealthily absent of any semblance of brown or "human" shades. The man was shirtless, lithe but well-muscled--like a monk, perhaps--while still retaining an elven grace.

Twisting over his chest were numerous tattoos in a rainbow of colours; a green dragon wound around his abdomen, dancing up his front to gesture towards a second tribal tattoo of black. A similar design sat low on the small of his back, and a pair of unnerving black eyes were painted across his collar bone. A purple seahorse on one arm made one wonder if he was once a sailor, more colours twisted down both arms to his wrists, with another black eye formed on the back of his right hand. A complex tattoo of crisscrossing purple marks started at his neck and twisted up over the side of his jaw and cheek to reach over his eyelid, and the overall set was completed by a simple blue strike through the opposite eye.

His eyes. Sharp, almond shape followed the usual look of elven heritage, paired with his tall pointed ears. They were half-lidded, narrowed. A signal of amusement, interest, or often boredom. The irises struck a sickly shade of yellow, often bringing about the un-voiced question of his health.

His hair was stark white, cut short and pulled back into a neat stubby ponytail, showing off his sharp widow's peak. The overall look was often paired with an amused half-grin.

Although no shirt, he wore pants at least, made of an armour-grade leather material and covered in the appropriate places with large protective plates. On closer inspection, one may recognize them from the exoskeleton of impossibly huge insects. His boots were knee high, the soles soft for quick footwork and quiet movements. Often, weapons hung from the belt at his waist, accompanied by a variety of pouches. Over his shoulders--often worn sideways to hide a small neck pouch--he wore a grey cloak made of heavy, scratchy wool. It was the only object on his person that radiated a soft magic.
